This year saw the implementation of a new commercial strategy which will enable Sinclair to optimise the core business, clearly focus on its long term goals and fully realise the value of our product portfolio.

Highlights 2009

• Restructured business to increase commercial focus and financial control
• Formation of a single division Sinclair Global Operations integrating the business development and operating companies
• Consolidated own sales and marketing activities in the
• Country Operations in France, Italy and Spain
• Appointed new Country Operations Directors in order to reinforce the depth of management expertise in these territories
• Focus on strategic brands such as Decapinol, Aloclair, Fazol, Papulex, Oxyplastine and Sebclair

Mr Foucher is responsible for all commercial, supply chain and manufacturing activities in the Group.

Papulex is one of the core products in our Dermatology portfolio indicated for acne prone skin

Sebclair is one of the core products in our Dermatology portfolio, indicated for the management of seborrhoeic dermatitis

Sinclair provides specific solutions to dermatologists and pharmacists for patients suffering from skin damage and skin injuries

Sinclair provides oral care solutions for mouth and gum diseases to specialists and pharmacists, marketed through its international network of partners. The oral care portfolio consists of two main product ranges, Decapinol and Aloclair
