Legal provision The legal provision relates to exceptional professional fees associated with arranging finance facilities which the Directors decided not to enter into as the terms were unfavourable.
Onerous lease The onerous lease provision relates to the property which has been vacated as a result of the closure of the Northampton site. The provision is for property and property related costs prior to the expected date of assignment of the lease.
Restructuring The restructuring provision relates to the employee costs associated with the restructuring plan implemented in the year, which included the closure of the Northampton site and the sales force.
